"We need to comprehensively form cordial and clean relationship between government and business and promote the entrepreneurial spirit, improve the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics and cultivate more Guangdong enterprises that are the first in the world, country, and the whole industry," said Guangdong Governor Wang Weizhong when delivering the Government Work Report on January 15.
