French scholar: France does not want NATO to become an anti-China alliance
Pascal Boniface, the founding director of the French Institute for International and Strategic Affairs, stated at the forum on July 7 that France aimed to serve as a bridge between the Global South and the Western world, as well as between China and the U.S. This was because France wanted to prevent NATO from becoming an anti-Chinese alliance.
